   What's your reason for getting up in the morning? What motivates you to get out of bed?
   
   How do you bring yourself to get up in the morning and start your day? What do you do when you wake up and you don't feel like getting up, like you just want to go back to sleep or you don't feel like doing anything?

      Okay. But what if you slept late at night and you're still sleepy the next day but you have to get up anyway, how would you get yourself up and out of bed when all you want to do is sleep?

      I have faced this problem many times; as I am sure we all have. I just get up and get it over with.

      That might be easier said than done though because, say, you wanted to sleep in for a bit and then you really end up falling asleep and when you wake up, you're late already.

      Honestly can say this has never happened. I have always been the kind that gets up before the alarm goes off.

   I've never had a problem getting up in the morning as it's my favorite time of the day. The house is quiet and I can plan my day without any interruptions. The first things I usually do is let the dogs out, make coffee and open my laptop.

      That's great. But I wonder about people who don't exactly like mornings though. And maybe those that end up sleeping really late at night, which might not help them get up in the morning because of still being tired and sleepy.

   If its a gorgeous day I really want to get going.
   I feel as if I don't want to miss anything.
   I want to just be out and about.
   That plus I have to get up for my family and usually the phone starts ringing
   I like to get all the little things out of the way so I can relax; especially if its a week end
   I was always a morning person but I lag behind somedays unless I know I need to be some where special.
   When I walked dogs, I was up at 6:30.
   I had 4 dogs to walk.

   Three little people jumping on my bed 6 o'clock in the morning saying they are hungry, there is just no way I can possibly stay in bed any longer

      Looks like you have a very effective alarm clock. I guess that would really help one get up and out of bed. And, wow, you're up really early.

      That's really great. Don't you ever feel too sleepy to get up though? Like being too tired because of sleeping late at night?
